At DermaPatch, we stand by the quality of our CGM adhesive patches and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process within our policy guidelines.
Return Policy
✅ 30-Day Return Window – Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
✅ Unused & Unopened – Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
✅ Proof of Purchase Required – A valid order number or receipt is needed for all returns.
✅ Non-Returnable Items – Due to hygiene and customization, used patches and custom orders are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
1️⃣ Contact Us
- Email our customer support team at info@dermapatch.org with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return authorization if eligible.
2️⃣ Ship Your Return
- Carefully pack the unused patches in their original packaging.
- Ship to the return address provided in your return authorization email.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defective product.
3️⃣ Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Exchanges & Replacements
🔹 Defective or Incorrect Items? – If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it at no extra cost.
🔹 Want a Different Color or Style? – We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original product and place a new order.
