DermaPatch Order Changes & Cancellations Policy

At DermaPatch, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please review our policy below.


Order Changes

Changes are nearly impossible – Once and order is processed it is placed in queue for shipping, making changes is usually impossible.

What Can Be Changed?

  • Shipping address corrections
  • Product quantity adjustments
  • Color or design swaps (if available)

🚨 Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make any changes.

How to Request an Order Change:
📧 Email us at info@dermapatch.org with your order number and the requested changes.


Order Cancellations

Cancellation Window – Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement.
No Cancellations After Processing – Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refund Processing – Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

How to Cancel an Order:

Late Modifications & Returns

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.
